Complete Package

This is for the couple that would like to have a consultant coordinate their wedding day and also need some specific pre-wedding and wedding day guidance. AVME will assist with all of details from the planning of your
wedding to the reception.

Wedding Day Only (8hr min. required)

This is for the couple who has already taken care of all of the details and
planning, but would like to enjoy their wedding day with family and
friends.

Package  includes:
AVME will provide up to 8 hours of consultation time, and meet with clients 3wks prior to event date to out line wedding itinerary and help with any other last minute details.
Send check lists to bride and groom to assure last minute details do not get
over looked
Attend and direct the wedding rehearsal and also advise on proper wedding
etiquette
Arrange seating plan
Execute the wedding day itinerary and time line
We will also be the point of contact for all vendors, family and guests to
assure you both have a stress free day
AVME also will provide all assistance needed to the bride and groom such as

Pin on boutonnières and hand out bouquets
Complimentary Hair & Make Up services for bride
Take care of special request and supply last minute emergency needs for the
bride and groom
Supervise loading of gifts and personal items into designated vehicles
Make sure that all parties are on time to the wedding
Provide oversight and coordination for the reception
